Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1).
- Preferably has experience in the wire harness field.
- Possesses leadership qualities and can work both in a team and individually. Honest, disciplined, proactive, and meticulous.
- Ensures that processed products are completed according to schedule
- Ensures products meet the established quality standards.
- Monitors and tests product development.
- Ensures the quality of production goods meets the standards.
- Conducts documentation of inspections and tests performed on products.
- Performs analysis of historical device records and previous product documentation.
- Ensures that inspectors' work meets the standards and is properly documented.
- Ensures all aspects related to the production line comply with the standards.
- Able to adapt quickly and proficient in English.
