Job Summary (1):
- To manage, organise and control resources, expenditures and personnel within the workshop and site environment
- Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualification and Education (1):
- Trade certificate in a mechanical discipline
- Experience in Process Engineering environment either in a workshop or on-site.
- Experience in working within and supporting accredited Quality Systems (such as ISO9001).
Skill Requirements (1):
- Experience leading within a production environment
- High regard for working safely and environmental responsibility.
- Skill in providing clear and concise feedback
- Skill in organisation and time management

- The Driver/Utility is responsible for operating vehicles to transport personnel, equipment, and materials to various locations.

- Carry out Work In Progress analysis and lead expediting actions to suppliers and subcontractors.

- Proven experience in working in a technical production/ manufacturing/maintenance industry
- Ability to define and implement improvements to processes, procedures and workflow.
- Previous experience with valves (Ceramics) is preferred.
- Experience in Process Engineering environment either in a workshop or on-site.
