LOKER BATAM HARI INI 25 JANUARI 2025 - PT. Bumitech Batam Prima adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) adalah badan usaha yang bertanggung jawab untuk merancang, mengadaan, dan membangun proyek yang berpusat di pulau Batam.

Sejarah Bumitech Batam Prima didirikan tahun 2010 oleh sekelompok Insinyur yang memiliki hak istimewa untuk bekerja dengan pelanggan dari Jepang, Korea, AS, Singapura dan Indonesia untuk menyediakan pemesinan presisi komponen dan peralatan presisi menggunakan mesin CNC. Pada tahun 2017 perusahaan ini ditingkatkan menjadi EPC untuk konstruksi Bangunan Umum, Fabrikasi, Minyak dan Gas serta fabrikasi pembuatan kapal laut.

Posisi:
1. INTERIOR DESIGN (subject: INTERIOR DESIGN)
2. COST ESTIMATOR (subject: COST ESTIMATOR)

The role of Interior design involves the following duties (posisi 1):
  • Design plans: Create design plans for living or working spaces
  • Client needs: Understand the client's needs, budget, and safety requirements
  • Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
  • Blueprints: Read, draw, and edit blueprints
  • Collaboration: Work with architects, construction workers, and tradespeople
  • Presentations: Develop presentations for clients, including drawings, sketches, and models
  • Research: Research building codes, regulations, and permits
  • Cost estimates: Estimate the cost of the design work
  • Project bid documents: Prepare project bid documents

Requirements (posisi 1):
  • A bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture
  • Knowledge of building and construction
  • Experience in interior space design, such as renovations, space planning, and new construction • Experience working with design software
  • Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
  • Ability to use your initiative
  • Ability to distinguish between colours
  • Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
  • Good at problem-solving and lateral thinking
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficiency in design programs like AutoCAD or SketchUp
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Project management skills

The role of cost estimator involves the following duties (posisi 2):
  • Analysing project plans and specifications: Reviewing blueprints, technical drawings, and project documents to understand the scope of work.
  • Cost breakdown: Calculating the cost of materials, labour, equipment, and any potential contingencies needed for the project. Obtaining quotes from subcontractors: Contacting and negotiating prices with external vendors and subcontractors for specific project elements.
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates: Creating comprehensive reports outlining the estimated project cost, including itemized breakdowns of materials, labour, and other relevant expenses.
  • Client presentations: Presenting cost estimates to potential clients, explaining the breakdown of costs and addressing any questions they may have.
  • Budget management: Monitoring project costs throughout the execution phase to ensure the project stays within budget. Market research: Staying updated on current market trends, material costs, and labour rates to ensure accurate estimations.

Requirements (posisi 2):
  • A bachelor's degree in a Civil Engineering
  • Min 2 Years experience in civil construction works
  • Entry-level roles are welcome provided with sounds knowledge in analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills at previous background.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret project details and calculate costs accurately
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain cost estimates to clients
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Analytical skills: The ability to interpret complex data and make accurate projections
  • Numerical proficiency: The ability to work with numbers and make precise calculations
  • Attention to detail: The ability to meticulously review project plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet and database software, as well as technical skills related to Civil construction workshops
  • Computer proficiency: The ability to use software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Certifications
  • Cost estimator certifications are preferred those sound knowledge and skills expected for the position
