1. ASSISTANT DESIGN ENGINEER (subject: Asst DesignEngineer_Batam)
2. PROJECT MANAGER (subject: ProjectManager_Batam)
Qualification (posisi 1):
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Auto CAD is required. Experience in Solidworks/ Autodesk Inventor 30 software.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in engineering design environment and with manufacturing processes such as machining welding, assembly & testing
- Familiar with API 6A/API 16A/API 16C/API 16F / API 168 and Oil & Gas equipment.
- Speak and Read English fluently
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work as part of team.
- Adaptive to changes and has the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
Responsibilities (posisi 1):
- Create/review 30 Inventor models, 20 AutoCad drawings and Bills of Material for new built components/equipment
- Create/review 20 or 3D drawings out of re-engineering process for the remanufacturing of items, manufacture of Test fatures
- Create and control OSI Part numbers/Drawings in Master Control and Control Vendor's drawings
- Accept Engineering requests/assignments from Project Engineers, attend project briefing/ kick-off meeting related to the assignments, collect information.
- Collect information required for each drawing from reference materials and specifications/codes
- Liaise with sales/project team for additional information related to Engineering
- Prepare draft copy of model or drawing for initial review. Prepare sketches based on reverse engineered information. Prepare proposal drawing for submission to customer through sales team
- Verify/finalize drawings, Engineering documents and upload into MasterControl
- Amend drawings in response to feedback on equipment design or changes to work scope.
- Will review impact of changes and process revisions through Mester Control Advanced Packet.
- Assist in preparation of design package.
- Assist in preparation for Quality and HSE audits from AP and other external organisations.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by Design Engineer
Qualification (posisi 2):
- Diploma in Engineering and/or equivalent experience
- PMI's Project Management Professional credential or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in working with subsea equipment
- Minimum 7 years experience in a manufacturing environment and be familiar with manufacturing processes such as machining, welding and assembly & testing
- To have 3 years management experience in leading a team.
- Certification in ISO 9001, API Q1, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/IS0 45001 Auditor
- Certification in CSWIP 3.2.2 Senior Welding Inspector and Qualified as in Level II NDT in RT, MT, PT and UT are preferred.
Responsibilities (posisi 2):
- Oversee Design Planning & Execution, provide key Design inputs for Subs and CPD Projects.
- Approve Drawings Partnumbers, Bill of Material
- Approve Design Calculations and Packages
- Provide Engineering input for Sales/Project/QC required.
- Approve Work Instructions, Procedures, Material Specifications Field Service Manuals for Subsea and CPO products. Conduct training for staff as required.
- Direct and coordinate with QC Engineers and GC Inspectors regards to managing in Process Inspection, NOT, Final Inspections for Welding Stress-releving Machining Coatings, etc.
- Provide technical assistance to ensure compliance with inspection d test plans standards and final data packages.
- Lead internal and external audits of Suppliers facilities, verification of process, documentation to ensure compliance to agreed contract documentation
- Provide updates and presentations to management on status of Quality activities within the facility and other locations as directed by GM
- Co-ordinate with customer on Project related matters, handle customer visits to shop floor.
- Oversee approval of Route sheets, of Materials for Subsea and CPD projects.
- Oversee Subsea (Drilling products Costing and Estimating team, provide technical and commercial guidance where required. Approve quotations and costing sheets
- Approve Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders issued against Subs, CPD and Deck equipment work
- Monitor project progress to ensure project deliverables are provided within agreed timelines, scope while meeting all quality and safety requirements
- Oversee review inspection reports and finale work scope for Subsea Projects
- Perform contract review for all Subsea jobs, approve Sales Order
