1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT (subject: Your name - PJM)
2. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (subject: Your name - Prod. SPV)
3. SIGNAL INTEGRITY ENGINEER (subject: Your name - SI Engineer)
4. ACCOUNTING (subject: Your name - Accounting)
5. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (subject: Your name - ME)
6. QA ENGINEER (subject: Your name - QA Engineer)
7. SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER (subject: Your name - SQE)
8. PURCHASING (subject: Your name - Purchasing)
QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 1):
- Min. Bachelor's degree from any kind of disciplines
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (is a MUST)
- More than 5 years NPI (new product introduction) project management work experience, better once he/she has worked at some similar factory.
- Strong leadership, at least 3 years experience in people management.
- Have good cross department communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
- Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
- Willing to work in Batam
QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 2):
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, process improvements, and driving operational efficiencies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data, report on key performance indicators, and drive results.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in production management or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
- Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 3):
- Min. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience in signal integrity, power integrity, or high-speed digital design.
- Able to speak in English (professional setting)
- Strong understanding of SI/PI principles, electromagnetic theory, transmission lines, impedance matching, and noise analysis.
- Proficiency with SI/PI simulation tools (such as HFSS, CST, ADS, or Mentor Graphics HyperLynx).
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or MATLAB for automation and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail and a structured approach to troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 4):
- Min. Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting/Finance or full professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
- Proficiency in English on written and verbal communication is a must. Able to speak mandarin is an added advantage.
- In depth knowledge of Indonesia Accounting Standards (PSAK), tax regulations, government & industry legislation, etc.
- Preferred hands on experience in the accounting process using ERP system (e.g. SAP).
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving & decision-making capabilities.
- High agility to work under ambiguity to initiate continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 5):
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, design, or product development.
- Able to speak English in professional setting
- Proficient in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar), finite element analysis (FEA) tools, and an understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 6):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of quality control experience, preferably in a similar product line
- Proficiency in English (minimum passive proficiency)
- Familiarity with various tools like SPC, seven QC techniques, MSA, 8D, and five TS tool applications
- Strong communication, coordination, analysis, and judgment skills
- High agility to work under ambiguity to initiate continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 7):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Engineering discipline or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical and computer skills (Gmail, Google Sheet, Google Docs, MES, SAP)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian language
- Strong interpersonal and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and individual
- Certified internal auditor of ISO 9001:2015
- High agility to work under ambiguity to initiate continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 8):
- Min. Degree in Business administration or related field studies
- At least 3-5 years as Purchaser role in general industry and ideally from Manufacturing industry
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English in a professional level (MUST)
- Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationship with staff, stakeholders and suppliers
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills Strong analytical skill
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and understand supply chain procedures
- Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
- Familiarity with ERP system is a plus
- Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
- Willing to work in Batam
