QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 1):
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field
- At least 2 years of quality control experience, has experience the same product is preferred
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Familiar with SPC, seven QC techniques, MSA, 8D, five TS tool applications, and other tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability Coordination, communication, analysis and judgment skills
- Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
- Positive mindset and Can Do Attitude
- Willing to work in Batam
QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 2):
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field
- At least 1 year has experience in the same position
- Fluent to communicate in English (and able speak Mandarin is a plus).
- Have knowledge of inventory receiving, storage, and issuing processes.
- Proficient in using ERP or warehouse management software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team.
- Familiar with the 5S system and capable of preparing inventory reports.

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 3):
- Bachelor's degree from any kind of disciplines
- Fluent to communicate in Mandarin and English
- More than 5 years NPI (new product introduction) project management work experience, better once he/she has worked at some similar factory.
- Strong leadership, at least 3 years experience in people management.
- Have good cross department communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 4):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or business related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management in the EMS manufacturing industry with a track record of success in sales achievement.
- Fluent to communicate in Mandarin and English in professional setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics and manage customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 5):
- Bachelor's degree in operation management, supply chain management, engineering, or business related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in production planning or operation management in manufacturing environments with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
- Able to speak and write Mandarin & English in professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, procurement processes, and contract negotiation strategies.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as ERP systems, advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high- performing planning team.
- Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g... CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 6):
- Degree in Business administration or related field studies
- At least 3-5 years as Purchaser role in general industry and ideally from Manufacturing industry
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English in a professional level
- Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationship with staff, stakeholders and suppliers
- Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skill
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and understand supply chain procedures
- Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations
- Familiarity with ERP system is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS (posisi 7):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronic, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- At least 2 years of working experience in relevant industrial and engineering manufacturing. Prior track of record and experience in success in optimizing production processes and project transfer will be preferred.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English in a professional setting
- Proficiency in basic operation and drawing capabilities of CAD/Pro e software (3D).
- RoHS/restricted substance control knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment
