Profil PT. SP Manufacturing Batam
Dikenal sebagai perusahaan Manufaktur, dimana SPM Batam memproduksi peralatan elektronik, diantaranya PCBA, Wire dan sebagainya.
SP Manufacturing Batam memiliki alamat Jalan Citra Buana Central Park lot.3, 5, Batam Centre, Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
REQUIREMENT (posisi 1):
- Minumum Diploma III in relevant subject
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in manufacturing company
- Having knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and TS 16949
- Conversant in PCBA process, boxbuild assembly, PFMEA
- Experience in process validation, SPC, quality audit and control plan
- Able to work in a team
- English proficiency both oral and written
REQUIREMENT (posisi 2):
- Minumum Diploma with experience in the same position min. 2 years
- Experience in Wire Harness manufacturing is a preffered
- Able to work in a team
- English proficiency both oral and written and excellent in Ms Office and computer skill
REQUIREMENT (posisi 3):
- (Male/Female)
- Minimum Diploma III in relevant subject
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in manufacturing company
- Minimum 2 years experience in PCBA manufacturing company is an added advantage
- Posses good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 and IATF requirement
- Experience in contract manufacturing of wire harness, PCBA and Box- build, handling of new product from sample bulid to mass production Having knowledge in Measurement System Analysis Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers
- Having leadership skill
- Able to work in a team
- English proficiency both oral and written
REQUIREMENT (posisi 4):
- Minimum Diploma in relevant subject Familiar with accounting software (SAP, MYOB) Excellent communication in English (written and
- spoken), Mandarin (spoken)
- Having knowledge in taxation and budgeting High attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same capacity Fresh graduate welcome
- Excellent in Ms Office and computer skill
REQUIREMENT (posisi 5):
- (Male/Female)
- Minimum Senior/Vocational High Scool with experience in the same positions min. 2 years in PCBA
- manufacturing company
- Experience in PCBA inspection process and soldering Having strong leadership skill
- Able to work in a team
- Having computing skill and familiar with production reporting
REQUIREMENT (posisi 6):
- Minumum Diploma III in relevant subject Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in manufacturing company
- Having good knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 requirements
- Proficient in using MS Office & Quality Management software
- Having failure, data & statistical analysis skill Having strong leadership & able to develop team members
- Familiar with quality tools (7 tools)
- Able to work in a team
- Minumum Senior/Vocational High School with experience in the same position min. 1 year Prefer graduate from majoring Informatic Engineering
- Experience in reflow profile process
- Able to operate profile
- Able to work in a team
- English proficiency both oral and written and excellent in Ms Office and computer skill
REQUIREMENT (posisi 8):
- Minumum Diploma with purchasing experience min. 2 years
- Experience in manufacturing is an added advantage
- Familiar with ERP/SAP system
- Able to work in a team
- English proficiency both oral and written and excellent in Ms Office and computer skill
