MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for continuous running, optimizing and increase performance and safety of machines
• ldentify, improve and maximize product quality standard, higher UPH and lower OEE downtime
• Study, evaluate and design machine, fabricate, build and assembly, test and troubleshoot new modification, replacement, refturbishment and improvement and relability of this machines.
• Educate, train and improve the skil of the personnel working on these machines
• Working with other departments, to design or add capabilities to meet product required including discussion on material specification and supplier capabilities, process capabilities
GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
• Graduated minimum from mechanical/Manufacturing/Electical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in similar position and MUST have hand on experience in handling of automation machines, PLC programming and electrical/electronic/mechanical integration.
• Working knowledge of Keyence and Baumer camera system and software
• Always seeking new technological advances in design, process and manufacture of machines.
• Able to use of engineering CAD software to design and draw fabricated parts and assemblies
• Be opener for new opportunities and creative in finding simple solution.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin (preferable)
• Understand ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and TS 16949 will be more advantage (all positions)
