Profil Perusahaan
Buana Shipyard bergerak dalam bidang pembangunan dan perbaikan kapal. Perusahaan berdiri di Batam di area 16 hektar. Pulau Batam telah lama dikenal sebagai pusatnya industri maritim dan pengiriman. Qualification (posisi 1):
- Male
- High school/Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in Facility role or related
- Have worked in shipyard company (is plus)
- Has adequate computer literacy and proficiency
- Has all technical competencies and skills required for the position
Responsibilites (posisi 1):
- Make facility records and prepare reports.
- Prepare documentation and provide equipment required for subcontractors.
- Assist in ensuring minimum disruption to core activities by Reconciling and Maintaining incoming and outgoing goods.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of equipment that used by contractors
- Support the management of facility plans and policies.
Qualification (posisi 2):
- Domicile in Batam
- Technical high school / Diploma, Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 Years of experiences as QC Painting
- Proven experience as Painting Supervisor or similar role (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of painting technique, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project spec.
- Able to evaluate results according to applicable standards, O codes or specifications.
- Strong Organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulation and best practices in painting
Responsibilities (posisi 2):
- Supervise and manage a QC Painting team.
- Plan and schedule painting tasks to meet project deadlines Oversee completed work to ensure quality and adherence
- provide training and guidance to team members to improve skills and efficiency
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during projects.
Qualification (posisi 3):
- Domicile in Batam
- Must have a minimum 2 ~ 3 years as QC painting inspector
- Technical high school / Diploma, Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Have worked in shipyard company (is plus)
- Shall be at least certified coating / painting inspector
- Physically fit and energetic since will be mostly site base.
Responsibilites (posisi 3):
- Monitor environmental readings (humidity, dew point, steel temp)
- Verify surface cleanliness, salt test, other contamination test - dust test, profile check, WFT, DFT etc.
- Ensure frequency of such test are in line with specification and all requirements.
- Ensure blasting and painting reports are issued timely by next following day.
- Perform any other QC related duties when required by organization
- Provide technical guide to contractor and workers.
