Sejarah Singkat Batamindo
Kawasan ini dibangun pada tahun 1990 berdasarkan kesepakatan kerja sama ekonomi tahun 1989 antara pemerintah Indonesia dan Singapura melalui Gallant Venture Ltd dan PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala.
Kawasan Industri Batamindo, dengan luas 320 hektare berlokasi di Jl. Rasamala No.1, Muka Kuning, Kec. Sei Beduk, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Kawasan industrial Batamindo mencakup area operasional manufaktur, seperti pabrik, perkantoran, serta area produksi lainnya. Selain itu, tersedia juga lahan fasilitas tambahan. Di antaranya adalah asrama pekerja, perumahan, dan fasilitas komersil.
General Requirements (posisi 1):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical).
- At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance Planner in Power Plant environment or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Understanding of Concept Maintenance Plan, overhauls, spare part, components machine and others part related to Power Plant Machine needs, Inventory Control including Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Language: fluent in English both spoken & written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
- Soft skill; Strong Leadership experience, Analytical & Problem-Solving skill with attention detail.
- Others Skill Proficiency in Office Software, ability to prepare inventory report or relevant management software and tools.
- Placement Batam/Domiciled in Batam.
Duties & Responsibilities (posisi 1):
- Analyze technical data and specifications to determine the spare part, components needed for preventive maintenance, repair plans to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure spare part are consistently available.
- Calculate and prepare spare parts requirements following operational demands.
- Review day to day material consumption and track actual vs initial planning consumption.
- Perform Material Requirement Planning & Control inventory levels based on operational, preventive maintenance schedule, overhauls, and actual demand.
- Maintain inventory at optimal levels, balancing availability with cost efficiency.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align operational, overhauls need, and inventory plans with anticipated demand.
- Prepare periodic summary inventory report. 10. Perform other qualified duties as required.

General Requirements (posisi 2):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, International Relations or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Liaison, external relations with a deep understanding of local government process, policies, regulations. Ability to handle various Administrative task with high accuracy and oriented detail.
- Language Proficiency: fluent In Bahasa Indonesia with the ability to convey complex information clearly, conduct business negotiations and communicate with government officials, Strong English proficiency is also required for daily work.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of interacting effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and various levels of seniority. Problem Solving & Strong Analytical are essentials.
- Others Skill Proficiency in Office Software, ability to draft reports, official documents and correspondence.
- Able to drive with Valid Driving License (A)
- Placement Batam/Domiciled in Batam.
Duties & Responsibilities (posisi 2):
- Serve as the primary Liaison between the organization and external stakeholder including government agencies, regulatory bodies and others institutions, building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, discussions and negotiations between internal teams and stakeholders. Able to mediate conflicts and resolve misunderstanding.
- Represent the organization in meetings, public forums related to government or regulatory matters including deliver presentations to external.
- Visit work to sites or Project locations as need to ensure that everything is running smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly, coordinate with relevant government authorities to resolve any issues that arise on-site.
- Complete data required for the company's needs, ensuring all relevant information is gathered accurately.

- Education with min. Diploma majoring Accounting
- Min 2 years' experience as AP Clerk.
- Having experience to prepare daily, weekly & monthly cashflow report, Bank Reconciliation, payment voucher, LLD & Issue cheque.
- Understanding accounting procedure.
- Good Knowledge in Taxation.
- Able to operate Ms. Office & Navision program A/P
- Speak English both spoken & written.
- Placement Batam/Domiciled in Batam.
