Requirement (posisi 1):
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is often preferred
- Experience in project management or a related role is highly valued
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to organize and plan projects efficiently
- Capability to analyze situations and solve problems that arise during projects
- Ability to identify and manage potential risks during project execution . A good understanding of the industry in which the project is being conducted
- Ability to work well with various parties and maintain good relationship
Requirement (posisi 2):
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role
- Familiarity with project management processes can be beneficial
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel, and knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Ability to organize and store data efficiently
- Capability to review and manage documents meticulously
- Effective communication with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to manage time effectively to handle the demands of the role
- A degree in business administration or a related field is often preferred
Requirement (posisi 3):
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is often required
- Proven experience in quality control or a related role within the
- construction industry
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ASTM, ACI, and ISO
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to conduct detailed inspections and identify potential issues
- Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with project teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality issues
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or similar can be advantageous
Requirement (posisi 4):
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or project management
- 5 years of relevant experience in project management and leadership roles.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is often preferred.
- Strong skills in financial operations, contract management, and communication.
- Ability to lead and manage project teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure project goals are met.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for projects.
- Proficiency in identifying and managing project risks.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to use Microsoft Project for planning, executing, and monitoring project progress.
Requirement (posisi 5):
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the relevant field, especially in the design, installation, or maintenance of electrical systems.
- Experience in energy, industrial, or construction related projects will be a plus.
- Familiarity with electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, EPLAN
- Strong analytical skills to assess project needs and resolve technical issues.
- Understanding of project budget, cost estimation, and cost-benefit analysis for technical decisions.
Requirement (posisi 6):
- A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related role
- Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) are highly valued
- Knowledge of Standards and Regulations: Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze HSE data and trends to develop recommendations and action plans
